Ferix Software is a trading indicator platform developed by Nary Software. We collect only the minimal information necessary to operate your account and deliver our service:

All payments are processed via USDT (TRC20) – a cryptocurrency on the Tron blockchain. Because of this, we never see or store:

• Your bank account details
• Your credit or debit card information
• Your wallet's private keys
• Your wallet's seed phrase

We only see the wallet address that sent the payment (public blockchain data) and the transaction hash. This is a normal, anonymous part of using blockchain technology – no personal identity is revealed.

Your information is used only for these specific purposes:

1. Account Operation – to create and manage your Ferix Software account
2. Activation – to verify your subscription payment and activate your chosen version (v1, v2, v8, or v11 Ultimate)

5. Security – to detect suspicious login attempts and protect your account
