Ferix Software is offered under two types of licenses. Choose the one that matches your intended use:

8Trading Disclaimer

Ferix Software provides AI trading signals, but trading involves substantial risk. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All trading decisions are your sole responsibility
• Past accuracy (89%-96%) does not guarantee future results
• You may lose some or all of your trading capital
• Ferix Software is a tool, not a financial advisor
• We do not promise, imply, or guarantee any specific trading outcome

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nary Software and its founders, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Any trading losses incurred while using Ferix Software
• Inaccurate signals or AI prediction errors
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your own credential sharing
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

In no case will Nary Software's total liability exceed the amount you paid for your subscription during the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Account Termination

You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us on Telegram. Nary Software reserves the right to terminate your account without refund if you:

• Violate any part of these Terms of Service
• Engage in prohibited activities (see Section 6)
• Attempt to harm the platform or other users
• Chargeback or dispute legitimate payments

11Changes to Terms
